D365 F&O Functional Lead - SCM

Hybrid - 3 days in Office / Client Sites UK Wide

Salary: £80k - £100k + Benefits

We’re working with a leading global IT consultancy that’s launching a brand-new Microsoft Practice in the UK. With a strong legacy of delivering cutting-edge digital transformations for enterprise clients worldwide, they’re now looking for a D365 SCM Functional Lead to help shape this exciting new chapter.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in full-lifecycle transformation projects—designing and delivering innovative D365 SCM solutions for major Retail and Manufacturing clients. Beyond project delivery, you’ll also help shape the direction of the growing team, contributing to a collaborative, employee-first culture where your ideas are heard and your growth is a priority.

You’ll benefit from a clear path to leadership and architecture roles, with dedicated support for your professional development.

What You’ll Bring:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft D365 SCM, including modules such as Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Sales.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 SCM implementations, including functional design, documentation, configuration, and customisation.
• A strong track record of working on enterprise-scale projects.
• Previous consultancy experience (preferred but not essential).
