Hybrid | 1 day working from home

Offer | £50,000 per annum

We are working with an excellent firm based in Stoke who are looking to hire an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, proactive, and high-quality service to a broad range of clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Typical duties include:

• Managing a full caseload of residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
• Conducting and reviewing pre-contract searches (e.g., local authority, environmental, drainage).
• Examining Land Registry documents and title deeds.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and transfer deeds.
• Handling all post-completion matters and ensuring proper registration with the Land Registry.

The successful candidate:

• Demonstrable experience in managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and third-party interaction.
• A meticulous and organised approach to casework and documentation.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
