Job description
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented solicitor with 0–2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our property litigation team. Based in South West London , this role offers exposure to a wide range of contentious property matters and the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including commercial entities, developers, charities, and private individuals.
About the Role
You’ll be joining a well-established team known for handling high-value and complex property disputes. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, and includes:
- Lease renewals (both contested and uncontested)
- Possession and trespass claims
- Injunctions and enforcement actions
- Service charge disputes (residential and commercial)
- Support for transactional property teams
- Disputes involving covenants, boundaries, rights of way, and rights of light
- Building safety and fire regulation matters
- Adverse possession and disrepair claims
- Telecommunications-related property issues
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a law degree (ideally with a 2:1 or above)
- Are newly qualified or have up to two years’ PQE, with at least one seat in property litigation
- Are proactive, commercially aware, and eager to build strong client relationships
- Can manage their own caseload and work independently
- Have excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- Are enthusiastic about developing their career and contributing to team growth

Key Responsibilities
Legal Work:
- Deliver high-quality legal advice and representation
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
- Attend client meetings and represent clients in court or tribunals
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service standards
Professional Conduct:
- Adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Contribute to the development of the team and wider firm
Development & Contribution:
- Engage in training and continuous learning
- Meet time recording and billing targets
- Take initiative in business development and client engagement
