Role Overview:

• As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients. Your expertise will guide projects from inception to completion, ensuring that every detail is handled with care. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, making sure that all timelines are met and all stakeholders are kept in the loop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client implementations end-to-end, delivering tailored cash management solutions.
• Partner with clients to establish project delivery timelines and maintain clear communication on project statuses.
• Identify and mitigate risks, swiftly resolving any issues that arise.
• Coordinate KYC and Legal documentation to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
• Lead conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all voices are heard.
• Keep stakeholders updated on onboarding progress and highlight any related issues.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet strict client timelines. ⏳
• Log all relevant documentation and emails in a central repository for audit trails.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a client-facing or client engagement role.
• Proven track record of managing projects with varying timelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. ✉
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, adept at addressing clients’ needs efficiently.

Skills That Will Help You Shine:

• An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Previous experience in financial services or investment banking is a plus.
• A broad understanding of cash and treasury management will be advantageous.
