We're hiring an FM Shutdown Team Coordinator to join a highly specialised site in Addlestone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to regular shutdown planning meetings
  • Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders
  • Raise and manage work orders using TriRiga CAFM system
  • Schedule internal teams and external contractors for required tasks
  • Collate and submit RAMS to Compliance Monitoring Officer
  • Coordinate materials and manage goods receipt to avoid delays
  • Oversee full shutdown process to ensure seamless execution



Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong background in hard FM or service & maintenance coordination
  • Must have hands-on experience with managing work orders and POs
  • Skilled in contractor booking and coordination processes
  • Confident reviewing WIP, financial documentation, and reporting
  • Experience with CAFM or similar FM systems is essential
