Document Automation Specialist – London – 6 month Fixed Term Contract - £55,000pa – Hybrid Working


My Global Law Firm Client are looking for a Document Automation Specialist to join their team for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.


You would be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining automated document solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in document creation and management processes.


This role requires a strong understanding of document automation technologies and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to streamline workflows.


They are looking for candidates with

  • Proven experience in document automation in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in document production.
  • Experience managing multiple project and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


A legal background is preferred with previous experience of working at a Law firm or a similar professional services environment.

Knowledge of systems such as Contract Express is also desirable.


The role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity, offering up to £55,000 pa.

Hybrid working with 3 days per week in their central London office, and the remainder remote.
