Residential Conveyancer & Team Leader – Kingswood (Bristol)

An established Bristol firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to lead its Kingswood residential property team.

This isn’t high-volume, factory-line conveyancing — the focus is on quality, not quantity. The incoming Team Leader will run a manageable caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers, supported by a dedicated paralegal and secretary.

They’ll also lead a small team day-to-day: mentoring junior staff, overseeing file progression, handling new enquiries, and playing a key role in recruitment, training and development.

Full-time, based in Kingswood with hybrid working available post-probation
