Employment Lawyer – TMT | Be at the heart of international media production


Are you ready to bring your legal expertise into the world of media, technology, and entertainment?


We’re partnering with one of the world’s most dynamic content creators to find a talented Employment Lawyer ready to step into a pivotal role. With productions spanning across 20+ countries and content that reaches millions, this is a chance to be part of a legal team that supports the creative process from pitch to production.

You'll work at the intersection of culture, innovation, and law – helping drive solutions on everything from international mobility and contributor welfare to corporate transactions and policy evolution.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advising on a wide range of UK and international employment issues, always with a pragmatic, commercial lens
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and settlement packages
  • Supporting production teams and senior stakeholders through sensitive HR challenges
  • Helping shape and deliver training across the organisation – from execs to set crew
  • Contributing to M&A and corporate projects where employment law plays a key role
  • Keeping internal policies sharp, relevant, and aligned with legal and cultural change


What You’ll Bring:

  • Around 3+ years' PQE in employment law, ideally with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work
  • Strong commercial judgement and a clear, confident communication style
  • Experience working across international jurisdictions is a plus
  • Media, tech, or creative industry background welcome but not essential
  • Comfort working at pace, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders across all levels
