We’re looking for an experienced IT / Technical Trainer to join our Learning & Development team and play a key role in enabling colleagues to adopt and optimise business-critical systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, interactive training – both virtually and face-to-face – across multiple teams and locations, covering platforms such as Intapp, iManage and 3E.
• Lead induction & refresher sessions via Zoom and other digital platforms, supporting new joiners and continuous upskilling.
• Design and develop engaging learning content – including e-learning modules, quick reference guides, and interactive materials – that makes complex systems easy to adopt.
• Continuously improve training programmes by updating content, responding to system changes, process improvements and learner feedback.
• Assess learning needs and tailor solutions to support different teams and capability levels.
• Coach and guide two members of the L&D team, helping them deliver training excellence.
• Champion the tuition assistance programme, supporting colleagues with professional development.
• Measure learning outcomes and adoption impact, reporting on progress and success metrics.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a culture of learning, innovation and knowledge sharing.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT training, technical learning or digital adoption roles.
• Proven track record designing and delivering effective system training and e-learning content.
• Strong grasp of business processes and how learning can drive efficiency and adoption.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Skilled with virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams) and e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Storyline, Camtasia).
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (e.g. Litmos).
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Desirable Extras

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with Intapp, iManage, 3E or similar legal / professional services systems.
• Background in global or fast-paced environments, ideally in the legal or professional services sector.
• Instructional design qualifications (CIPD or equivalent).
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
