Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (1-2 PQE)

Location: Reading (Hybrid working)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

Role Summary:

This is an opportunity to join a respected residential property team handling a steady caseload of 25–30 quality matters. The firm prioritises service and client experience. Hybrid working is on offer with an initial office-based period to integrate into the culture and system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run a varied and high-quality residential caseload from instruction to completion
  • Provide clear, timely updates and maintain strong relationships throughout the process
  • Work closely with a small team of fee earners and support staff in a balanced environment
  • Ensure all transactions are handled in line with regulatory and internal quality standards
  • Engage with firm values and systems, with support provided during the onboarding period

Requirements:

  • Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Familiarity with freehold, leasehold, and high-value transactions
  • A client-focused, team-first approach and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with high attention to detail
  • Interest in contributing to a long-term, growth-oriented team
