A Site Agent plays a pivotal role in ensuring that building projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. They act as the on-site representative of the firm, overseeing day-to-day operations and making sure that work is carried out according to design specifications, project timelines, and health and safety regulations. The Site Agent coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers to manage resources, solve problems as they arise, and maintain progress on schedule. Their eye for detail and strong communication skills help foster collaboration and clarity across all teams working on-site.
