Employment Lawyer – Lead Global Media Role | Shape Culture on a Worldwide Stage

From international mobility and contributor care to sensitive HR matters and global M&A, you’ll be a key partner to creative and corporate teams alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise on UK and international employment issues
• Draft and negotiate contracts, consultancy agreements & settlements
• Support senior leaders on high-stakes HR matters
• Shape and deliver training across the business
• Contribute to global projects and corporate transactions
• Help evolve policies in line with legal and cultural shifts

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ PQE in employment law (UK-qualified)
• Commercial, solutions-driven mindset
• Confidence working across functions and jurisdictions
• Bonus: media, creative, or international exposure
