A rapidly scaling international telecoms company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. Backed by private equity and operating across multiple jurisdictions, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer looking to gain broad in-house experience in a fast-paced, agile business.

The Role

You’ll be joining a high-performing and collaborative legal function, supporting day-to-day legal needs across the group. The work is varied, and you’ll gain exposure to commercial contracts, data privacy, compliance, and wider corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a range of B2B commercial agreements (including SaaS, supplier, and NDAs)
• Supporting internal teams on privacy and data protection matters (e.g. DPIAs, data sharing and processing agreements)
• Advising on legal risk and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions
• Helping to streamline legal operations and improve internal processes
• Assisting with other legal matters including employment, corporate governance, and IP

About You

• UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 0–2 years’ PQE
• Commercial contracts experience (either from private practice or in-house)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• An interest in technology, digital communications, or SaaS
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and international business
