Fantastic new role for a digital designer to join an independent travel magazine

Key Responsibilities

- Design stunning online articles and editorial experiences, creating layouts that are as compelling as the stories they support.

- Own the look and feel of web pages: from hero images to typographic finesse, ensuring every pixel aligns with visual identity.

- Collaborate with writers, editors, and the Creative Digital Director to shape beautiful, on-brand digital content.

- Inject flair into illustration, graphics, custom type and design assets that elevate storytelling.

- Apply your sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition across multiple digital formats.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in digital editorial or web design, ideally in content-rich media.

- Deep understanding of typography, colour, composition, and storytelling.

- Strong portfolio of work showing exceptional layout design, particularly for long-form, feature content.

- Confidence working with visual briefs, but also comfortable pushing creative boundaries when the story calls for it.

- Bonus: WordPress's content management tools and Elementor

Salary & Benefits

- £45-55k

- Hybrid, 2 or 3 days in the London office
- Travel opportunity
