Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package (depending on experience)

Are you a confident and commercially minded Buyer looking to join a growing, purpose-driven housebuilder? Our client is seeking an experienced Buyer to support their expanding development pipeline across Oxfordshire and beyond.

As a business with a strong local heritage and a commitment to sustainable communities, they pride themselves on building thoughtfully designed, high-quality homes — and now looking for the right person to help source the materials and services that make that possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing procurement for housing developments, from materials to subcontractor services
• Negotiating pricing, terms and contracts to ensure value for money and quality
• Building strong supplier relationships and maintaining robust supply chains
• Working closely with technical, commercial and site teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and identifying value engineering opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a procurement or buying role within housebuilding or construction
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills
• Solid understanding of construction materials, supply chains, and residential build stages
• A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
• Experience with COINS, Causeway or similar systems (desirable, not essential)
