I have partnered up with a consultancy who are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to work on their behalf for a long term clients. My client is fast growing consultancy who are working across various sectors including civil infrastructure and construction.

This role gives the right individual the opportunity to work across a range of projects on both the client and contractor side.

This opportunity is a fantastic opportunity for some who is eager to grow with a company and work across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor:

• Overseeing all aspects of the quantity surveying process
• Cost control
• Budget estimating,
• Financial management.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Experiences:

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and cost control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
