The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder to join a busy, growing team . This is a hands-on operational role, managing the end-to-end coordination of import and export shipments across sea, air, and road ✈. You’ll deliver a seamless service to clients, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly, and on time ⏰.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle freight forwarding operations (import/export – sea, air, road)
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs entries, etc.)
• Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving any issues
• Provide regular updates to clients and build strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures ✅
• Quoting and negotiating freight rates with suppliers and customers

About You:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding (imports/exports, multimodal preferred)
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously ⚡
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• IT literate (experience with freight management/forwarding systems advantageous)
