Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading Hedge Fund who are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to lead their global campus recruiting function for front-office investment talent. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of graduate and intern hiring across their investment teams, driving innovation, excellence, and long-term impact.


As Head of Campus Recruiting, you will define and execute a global strategy to attract, engage, and hire the brightest minds from top universities. You’ll lead a high-performing team across multiple regions, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to align hiring efforts with business priorities and growth ambitions.


This role will require in-office presence 4 days per week, proven experience working in a mid-sized Financial Services or FinTech environment with tenure in roles and management experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a global campus recruiting strategy focused on front-office investment talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term workforce planning.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a geographically distributed team across EMEA, APAC, UK, and the US, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with investment leaders, HR, and Talent teams to understand hiring needs, define success profiles, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Brand & Outreach: Elevate the firm’s presence on campus through targeted branding, events, and partnerships with top-tier universities and student organisations.
  • Process Excellence: Build scalable, data-driven recruiting processes and programs that deliver high-quality outcomes and a seamless candidate journey.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices and initiatives that broaden access to opportunity and reflect our commitment to diverse perspectives.
  • Innovation & Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools to continuously refine strategy and approach.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading campus recruiting or early careers programs in a fast-paced, global environment ideally within a small-medium sized financial services or investment management.
  • Deep understanding of front-office investment roles and the graduate talent landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a bias for action.
  • Passion for talent, education, and building pathways for the next generation of investment professionals.
