Construction Safety Advisor
Location: Project-based
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + On-Site Bonuses + Travel Expenses

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and propose effective solutions.
- Provide expert advice to project teams and stakeholders on safe work practices.
- Develop and implement tailored health and safety systems to support large-scale construction projects.
- Actively promote a safety-first culture across all project sites.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience working on large-scale construction projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015.
- Proven ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and deliver actionable reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently advise and liaise with project teams.
- NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential).
