Edge 1 is hiring on behalf of a client who is scaling their team and looking for passionate talent acquisition professionals to support their growth. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited to contribute to a company’s hiring success.

You’ll play a pivotal role in helping the client secure top talent and improve their recruitment processes. Whether it’s one hire or two hundred, your expertise will be key to delivering results. You’ll also support user adoption of recruitment technology, guiding hiring managers through ATS best practices and helping implement tools that streamline hiring.

This role requires a minimum of three days on site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and create tailored hiring strategies
• Source, assess, and engage top-tier candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Support ATS implementation and hiring manager enablement to drive adoption of recruitment tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in in-house recruitment either in a Talent Acquisition team or via an RPO
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in candidate and client networking
• Business development mindset with a focus on growth
• Strategic and commercial awareness
• Innovative thinker with a passion for recruitment tech and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
