Professional Support Lawyer – Real Estate (4–5 PQE)

Locations: Birmingham | Exeter | London | Manchester

We’re working with a highly regarded UK law firm to recruit a forward-thinking Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join their Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong commercial property lawyer (4–6 approx. Years PQE) looking to transition into a strategic support role that goes beyond the traditional PSL remit. The firm is open on location, with opportunities available in Birmingham, Exeter, London, or Manchester.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the future of legal practice and how lawyers can work more efficiently. You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas, support the development of legal know-how, and help shape the tools and resources that enable fee earners to deliver high-quality work. Recent fee earning experience in commercial property—particularly in landlord and tenant, office space, and investment transactions—is essential.

Please note that this is a full-time position and part-time working arrangements are not available at this time.
