Select Recruitment are working exclusively on behalf of a well-established organisation to recruit a highly organised and proactive Portal Administrator to join their head office team based in Norwich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working across digital platforms, managing information flows, and supporting the operational efficiency of a busy professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain data across internal portals
  • Ensure smooth handovers between internal departments and key stakeholders
  • Liaise with both internal teams and external contacts in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the wider team with general administrative duties
  • Manage routine and varied tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
