Litigation Partner, Small City Practice

Exclusively retained to lead a buildout and transformation project for a high growth City practice. The management team is seeking a talented disputes lawyer to lead and grow its litigation offering. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Counsel or Partner with strong client relationships and proven business development skills to step into a leadership role.

The incoming hire will be involved in a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder and corporate disputes, insolvency, insurance, and professional negligence claims, while mentoring a talented junior team. Must possess an ability to drive client acquisition and contribute to strategy will be pivotal as the firm undergoes a period of exciting cultural and commercial transformation.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years’ PQE, technical excellence in commercial litigation, and an entrepreneurial mindset. A collaborative approach, commercial acumen, and leadership capability are essential, with experience in ADR and innovative litigation solutions highly desirable.
