HSE Advisor – Shaftesbury

Up to £40,000 | Full-Time | Food Engineering

Join a forward-thinking food engineering company in Shaftesbury as our HSE Advisor, helping us maintain and improve a safe, compliant working environment while supporting operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Advise and support the management team on Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across our Shaftesbury site.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits, ensuring actions are followed up.
• Deliver toolbox talks and support employee safety training.
• Review and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Help us drive a positive safety culture across all teams.

About you:

• NEBOSH General Certificate (required).
• Experience working in HSE within a manufacturing, engineering, or food production environment.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with staff at all levels.
• Organised with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
