£65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I’m partnered with an internationally renowned Property Consultancy in search of an experienced Chartered Senior Building Surveyor to join their London team. The successful candidate will work on high-profile commercial schemes, delivering services such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, fit-out work, contract administration, and building pathology for a prestigious client base.

The successful candidate will be MRICS-qualified, with strong report writing skills, a solid commercial acumen, and proven client relationship management abilities. This role offers autonomy, career progression, and the chance to take on leadership responsibilities within complex and diverse commercial projects.
