Counsel - Employment (Bermuda) in Greater London

We have partnered with an elite offshore full-service law firm to find an employment counsel to join their market-leading employment team in Bermuda. The broader disputes team is ranked Tier 1 by both Chambers & Partners and the Legal500.

The practice encompasses the full range of employment law, from strategic advice and crisis management, investigations and regulatory advice, drafting employment contracts, policies, procedures, employee incentives and stock awards, to representing clients before the Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal and Supreme Court. The team's clients range from large international companies in Bermuda to clients based across Europe, Asia and North America.

About You

• Minimum 8 years' of post-admission experience in a Commonwealth jurisdiction or Bermuda.
• Extensive experience working in employment law in a Commonwealth jurisdiction or Bermuda.
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
