Job description

UI Designer - £40,000 - £50,000 - Hybrid (4 days a month onsite in London)

Are you a thoughtful, detail-obsessed UI Designer with a passion for creating stunning, emotionally resonant digital experiences?

We’re working with a boutique agency in London that lives and breathes design - not just how it looks, but how it feels, functions and flows. They combine behavioural science, research and collaboration to craft digital experiences that truly connect.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing beautiful, intuitive websites and digital experiences for new and existing clients
• Supporting with graphic design work like marketing materials and brand assets
• Running internal and client-facing workshops to unlock creativity and clarity
• Collaborating closely with developers who get design - your work will be respected and brought to life thoughtfully
• Helping shape and evolve design systems that translate cleanly into code

What They're Looking For:

• A strong portfolio that shows not just what you designed, but why
• Fluency in Figma (components, prototypes, variables, workflows – the lot)
• Experience in web/UI design and building design systems
• Confidence communicating your ideas clearly, both visually and verbally
• Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines
• London-based or able to commute in for team days, workshops and client meetings
• Bonus points for workshop facilitation experience and a sharp eye for design restraint, rhythm and balance
