Job Advert: Temporary HR Advisor – Manufacturing (8-Week Contract)

Location: On-site – Wallasey

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am – 12:30pm

Pay: £18–£20 per hour (DOE)

Contract Length: 8 Weeks

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing organisation in Wallasey on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Role Overview:

As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the site with day-to-day HR activities including:

• General HR administration and documentation
• Supporting line managers with low-level employee relations issues
• Assisting with absence management, note-taking, and maintaining personnel records
• Providing timely, practical HR advice in line with company policies and procedures

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Confident with ER processes and handling basic disciplinary/grievance matters
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Able to work independently and on-site throughout the duration of the contract
