Snowflake CoE Lead in London Area
Omnis Partners is looking for an Snowflake CoE Lead in London Area
Job description
Now Hiring: Snowflake Centre of Excellence Lead
London (Hybrid) | ~£90–110k + bonus + equity
Own the platform. Drive best practice. Scale data impact.
We’re hiring a Snowflake Centre of Excellence Lead to join a fast-growing data consultancy that’s developing scalable and repeatable Data and AI Infrastructure products.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take charge of all things Snowflake: owning the standards, shaping best practice, and supporting high-impact delivery across multiple clients and sectors.
You’ll work closely with technical squads, internal teams, and partners to build and scale a modern data capability—with a clear mandate to influence architecture, performance, security, and cost optimisation across the board.
This is not a pure delivery or line management role — it’s for someone who wants to build IP, define methodology, coach engineers, and set the blueprint for how Snowflake is deployed, governed, and scaled across projects.
What you’ll be doing
✅ Define and lead Snowflake best practice across clients and internal teams
✅ Build repeatable assets, patterns, and frameworks (with an eye on reusability + commercial value)
✅ Guide squads on architecture, performance tuning, security, cost management
✅ Be the go-to Snowflake SME for our internal teams, partners, and clients
✅ Shape our internal Snowflake playbook and CoE vision
You should have
Deep Snowflake expertise – design, build, optimise, govern
Solid experience implementing Data Architectures and strategies across greenfield and migration/transformation
Confidence leading from the front – coaching engineers and influencing decision-makers
A mix of technical, architectural and strategic thinking
Experience in a consultancy or multi-client environment
Why now?
Because this is the chance to own a CoE that already has an existing strong relationship, with the backing of a top-tier data consultancy, strong partner ties, and a brilliant internal team.
The team is growing. The demand is real. And the opportunity to shape something big is right here.
