Private Client Solicitor (Newly Qualified) - Shropshire

They are now looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the firm’s respected Wills, Trusts & Tax team.


Requirements:

  • Wills and estate planning for high net worth individuals
  • Trust creation, management and administration
  • Inheritance tax planning and capital gains tax mitigation
  • Asset protection and lifetime planning
  • Probate and estate administration


Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 6+ months’ experience in Private Client work
  • Exposure to HNW matters, either through a seat or post-qualification
  • Strong academics and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
  • Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from experienced specialists
  • A team player mentality with the ability to manage multiple matters confidently
