Job description
Omnis Partners is collaborating with an independent product studio renowned for creating high-impact digital products across various sectors, including health, wellness, fintech, and social good.
They’re B-Corp certified, mission-driven with a team of product thinkers solving real problems with meaningful outcomes.
We’re hiring a Lead Product Designer to take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional work. You’ll be client-facing, working end-to-end from strategy through to execution, always driving clarity, creativity, and product impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the design process across 0–1 and transformation projects
- Taking ambiguous requirements and shaping them into clear user experiences
- Collaborating closely with PMs, engineers, and strategists
- Running client workshops and presenting design decisions with confidence
- Balancing strategic thinking with strong visual execution
- Experimenting with emerging AI design tools to evolve your workflow
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in studio/agency/consulting environments
- Strong product mindset, you care about outcomes, not just craft
- Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships
- Proven ability to work independently and lead on large or complex projects
- Interest in AI tooling and how it’s shaping modern product design (you don’t need to be an expert, but curiosity matters)
