With a global footprint across Amazon, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels, we’re scaling fast — and we’re now hiring a Head of Operations to help drive our next phase of growth.

The Role

As Head of Operations, you’ll take ownership of the entire global operations function — from demand planning and procurement to inventory and logistics. You’ll manage a small team, lead implementation of critical systems, and build the processes that power our supply chain. This is a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy and visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

·        Own and manage end-to-end global operations: supply chain, purchasing, inventory, demand planning, and forecasting

·        Oversee global logistics, including import/export, 3PL, B2B, and DTC fulfillment

·        Lead and develop a small team (operations coordinator and admin)

·        Implement and manage an inventory management system (currently spreadsheet-based)

·        Build and improve core processes to enable scale and operational efficiency

·        Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and external partners

·        Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks with speed and ownership

·        Own supplier relationships, COGS oversight, and core operational reporting to support margin and efficiency targets

What We’re Looking For

·        3–5+ years of experience in operations within a CPG, DTC, or physical product business

·        Hands-on experience managing supply chain, forecasting, inventory, and logistics

·        Strong systems thinking; comfortable with spreadsheets and early tooling

·        Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and move fast

·        UK-based, with the ability to travel to our Cardiff HQ as needed

·        Bonus: Experience implementing an IMS or ERP system
