Interim Opportunity: Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Lead – Manufacturing / Healthcare

Location: Flexible - Europe

Start Date: Within 2–4 weeks

⏳ Duration: 3–6 months initially, with potential to extend

Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35, if UK-based)

A leading industrial group active in the Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors is seeking an experienced PMI Lead to support the integration of recent acquisitions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of value delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the end-to-end post-merger integration process across workstreams
• Align operating models, systems, and teams while ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations
• Partner closely with functional leaders (Ops, Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure integration plans are delivered on time and within budget
• Track synergy capture, monitor risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering PMI in complex, multi-site organizations (Manufacturing or Healthcare sector experience strongly preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Structured, analytical, and outcomes-driven approach
• Able to operate with pace and confidence in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
