This well-established, Legal 500 law firm are experiencing significant growth and are looking for an entrepreneurial Family Partner to join the team.

You will be supported to develop your practice and grow your reputation and client base. You will also receive a highly competitive salary and market-leading bonus structure, which will see you earn a percentage of your billings, cross-referrals, and total work generated in the department.

The Role:

You will be responsible for dealing with HNW, complex family work alongside developing business for the department across various offices. You will be working closely alongside the existing head of department who comes from a Top 50 firm. Work on offer includes divorces, financial matters, TOLATA, children cases and much more.

The role comes with excellent prospects for progression, with clear Partnership prospects and the opportunity to develop and grow a team around you. The firm are also happy to consider teams of family lawyers who wish to move together as a unit.

Requirements:

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
