I’m recruiting on behalf of a multi-award-winning, 5-star national housebuilder with a strong reputation for build quality, staff development, and long-term career progression.

They’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage two live sites, both within 40 minutes of their regional office in Northampton. Site sizes typically range from 40 to 400 units, all traditional build housing.

You’ll be joining an established and well-structured commercial team with a very low staff turnover. The role reports into a Commercial Lead with a strong track record of mentoring and developing surveyors, their internal management programme has already produced over 70% of current Directors.

• Experience in residential housebuilding
