Job description
We are looking for a driven Implementation Coordinator to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgewater (TA6).
- Salary up to £33,000 per annum
- Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 & Friday 08:00 – 15:30 (38 hours per week)
- Permanent role, will consider both full-time and part time candidates

Do you thrive on bringing new products to life? Are you a hands-on, detail-driven coordinator with a background in food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing?
As an Implementation Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in launching new products, packaging formats, and manufacturing processes for one of the largest soft drinks manufacturers in the world. Working as part of a small, collaborative Implementation team, you’ll support on-site trials, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure new product introductions run smoothly, safely, and compliantly.
This is a fast-paced and highly visible role, you’ll liaise with multiple internal teams that will include New Product Department, Technical, Packaging, Production, and Planning teams to support every stage from concept through to launch. You'll also work with external partners including labs, suppliers, and auditors to keep timelines and documentation on track.
Ideally you will be an experienced Implementation Coordinator in a food, beverage, pharmaceutical or FMCG environment. Strong understanding of packaging trials, SOPs, risk assessments, and launch documentation. Great attention to detail, can coordinate multiple teams and timelines at once and is a clear and concise communicator
Implementation Coordinator: Key responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting factory production trials, collecting data, and escalating risks
- Ensuring all trial and launch documentation (SOPs, Risk Assessments, technical records) is accurate and audit-ready
- Assisting with packaging and process validation, including equipment testing and packaging compatibility
- Supporting post-launch reviews, helping to investigate and resolve packaging or process issues
- Collaborating on HACCP reviews, supplier visits, and supporting sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives
