Job description

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Funds Lawyer (4–7 years PQE) to join one of the most dynamic and fast-growing investment managers in the market.

This is a broad role, offering exposure to a diverse range of fund structures, strategies, and jurisdictions. Supporting the legal and business teams across all aspects of fund formation, structuring, maintenance, and regulatory matters. The work is global in scope, and you will be closely involved in strategically significant projects from day one.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-performing environment. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills. 4–7 PQE funds lawyer, gained at a top-tier law firm or in-house (hedge or private equity funds).
