Locum Residential Conveyancer

Venn Group are working with a well-regarded law firm, based in Wiltshire, who are seeking a skilled Locum Conveyancer to support their busy residential property department on an ongoing basis whilst they seek to recruit a permanent fee earner.

Position Details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Ongoing
• Location: Wiltshire
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid – 2-3 days office based
• Rate: £45 – £60 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting title checks, and dealing with Land Registry requirements

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in all aspects residential conveyancing
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
