I am currently partnering with a Logistics organisation who are looking to bring in an L&D Partner to their team - it's always a good sign when organisations are looking to invest in their employee's development!

Do you thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same? I am looking for a practical, people-focused L&D Partner to take the lead on delivering effective, on-the-ground training and development across a busy logistics operation.

From onboarding new starters to supporting team leaders with coaching and upskilling, you'll play a key role in making sure everyone has the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.

You will join the business in a permanent capacity, working on a hybrid basis in Leicestershire.

This role is a real mix, not only will you work closely with the key stake holders to understand their divisions needs and wants but you will ensure the sites are compliant and the processes are fit for purpose.

What else will you be doing as the L&D Partner?

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and members of the SLT
• Head up a learning needs analysis to ensure you understand all needs and wants of the employees
• Delivering interesting training's programmes to 'on the ground' employees and managers alike
• Roll out various strategic L&D projects including looking to business processes such as onboarding and succession planning
• Be the 'go to' person for any training and L&D queries across the business

What do we need from you?

• 2-3 years' experience in an L&D or Training position
• Industry experience with logistics distribution and supply chain, manufacturing or a similar strong blue-collar organisation
• Ability to turn your hand to anything and everything - strong relationship builder
• Ability to commute in and around the Leicestershire area
