About Our Client

Our Client is a leading global management consultancy specialising in operations strategy and transformation. Their ambition is to become the global leader in this field by 2030.

Alongside their established operations consulting business, they are building a Data and AI enabled offering – a fast-growing, brand focused on technology and AI-enabled solutions.

With a current UK team already representing a significant portion of UK revenue, the function is expected to scale significantly in the coming years, with the potential to evolve into a global practice and future leadership roles.

The Opportunity

Our Client is seeking a Partner who combines deep operations consulting expertise with a strong appreciation for data, AI and digital transformation.

This is a pivotal hire:

• Strengthening the leadership of the operations consulting practice.
• Supporting the growth of the function by integrating data and AI into consulting-led solutions. Building towards a global growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex consulting engagements across operations, supply chain, procurement, and transformation.
• Build and grow a portfolio of accounts, generating £3m+ annual revenues.
• Drive business development through senior networks, pitches, and thought leadership.
• Manage and scale teams of consultants, data scientists and technologists with global collaboration.
• Shape and deliver client solutions that blend operations excellence with technology and AI.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the function as it scales globally.

About You

• Proven experience at Partner/Associate Partner level in management consulting.
• Deep expertise in operations consulting, ideally with exposure to data, AI, and digital-led transformation.
• A strong senior client network with a track record of winning and growing accounts.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, engineers).
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and commercially astute
