Head of Operations (Event Caterer)

North London

£50,000 - 65,000 depending on experience

We are recruiting a Head of Operations to work for a trendy/up and coming event caterer based in London.

This company has a real emphasis on both great food, and looking after their people. Having started within the industry a few years ago, they have gone from strength to strength and now operate in several venues exclusively, as well as cater to London's wider venue market on a roll in roll out basis.

They are now looking for a Head of Operations to oversee the operations department for the business as well as overseeing the fixed venue sites and cafe spaces within.

This role requires an excellent knowledge of multi-site catering and a good knowledge of operating events across multiple London venues including UVL, greenfield and heritage sites.

You will need to demonstrate previous experience in catering operations including budgeting, venue liaison and have excellent team management skills!
