We are recruiting for a very well-established, global design-led business that’s building out a brand-new internal function – and this is the first hire into that team. It’s a really exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys that sweet spot between creative thinking and emerging tech.

They’re looking for someone mid to senior level who’s hands-on, curious, and has experience working with LLMs or AI-enabled tools. You don’t need to be a software engineer – but you should be someone who’s confident exploring new ideas, building prototypes, and bringing concepts to life in a design-focused setting.

You’ll be working closely with UX, trend forecasting, and product design teams across Europe and Asia – all within an established structure and with full support from day one. There’s a big internal showcase coming up soon, so they’re keen to bring someone in who can get up to speed quickly and really make their mark.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience working with or building LLM tools (or contributing to teams that did)
• Happy getting stuck into prototyping and testing ideas – no fixed stack
• Strong communicator – can talk through your role in past projects clearly (they’d like to see 3–5 in interview)
• Comfortable working across different teams and disciplines
• Based in or near London – hybrid setup with around 3 office days per week (but how you do it is flexible – e.g. 10 days in a row, then remote)
