European Head of Ethics & Compliance

Location: Uxbridge, UK | Full-Time | Pilgrim’s Europe

Working Pattern: 5 Days Onsite


Pilgrim’s Europe, comprising twelve trading companies including Pilgrim’s UK, Moy Park, and Pilgrim’s Food Masters UK, is seeking a dynamic and experienced European Head of Ethics & Compliance to lead and evolve our compliance program across the region.


Your Impact

As the European Head of Ethics & Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our reputation and ensuring our operations meet the highest ethical standards. You’ll lead the development and implementation of a best-in-class compliance framework, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Champion ethics and compliance across all areas of the business, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with global standards and emerging risks.
  • Lead the creation and execution of annual compliance communications and training plans.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and contribute to global compliance leadership discussions.
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit, HR, Finance, and other departments to develop and monitor risk metrics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing Ethics & Compliance team.

What You’ll Bring

  • A UK-qualified lawyer or seasoned compliance professional with at least 8 years of experience in a multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex compliance issues with sound judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A commitment to integrity and ethical leadership.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
