Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor located in Borehamwood. The Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for undertaking building surveys, party wall administration managing projects from inception to completion, preparing detailed reports, and advising on property and construction matters. The role involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery. An excellent salary package is offered of £70k or more depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
- Experience with specification writing, cost control and project administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Membership or eligibility for membership with RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
