Independent Financial Adviser, Employed Role.

£40,000 salary + quarterly bonus + full support + clear career path

We’ve partnered with Truly Independent to help them appoint an employed Financial Adviser to take over a warm, well-maintained client bank in the Herefordshire region.

This opportunity comes with:

Earnings & Package

• £40,000 base salary
• 15% bonus on all production (initial + recurring), paid quarterly
• – Year 1: ~£15k bonus expected OTE £55k
• – Year 2: ~£25–27k+ once full client bank is inherited OTE £67k
• – Year 3: ~£40k+ once you become a Senior Adviser OTE £92k+
• £300/month car allowance from day one
• Mileage reimbursement: £0.19/mile
• Tech provided: Laptop, mobile, printer, home setup
• Pension: 5% employer contribution
• Death in Service: 3x salary or £100k
• 33 days holiday + paid Christmas shutdown
• UNUM wellbeing platform + annual profit share

Progression – Become a Senior Adviser

Advisers typically progress within 2 years, unlocking:

• +£12,000 salary uplift
• Bonus increase to 20%
• Enhanced car allowance & pension

What you’ll need

• Level 4 Diploma
• CAS (current or previous)
• Strong pensions and investment knowledge
• A client-first, independent mindset
