Access Healthcare is now hiring Health Care Assistants (HCAs) across Northern Ireland!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks
• Support mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing
• Report changes in patient condition to senior staff
• Maintain dignity and respect for all service users
• Follow infection control and safeguarding standards

Requirements:

• Experience working in a care environment (hospital, nursing home, or community care)
• Caring, empathetic, and professional approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
• Willingness to complete Access NI and mandatory training
