Senior HR Business Partner
Location: London (hybrid) - 3 days in the office
Contract: 3-month FTC (potential to extend or go permanent)
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 pro rata
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for an experienced Senior HRBP to join a dynamic organisation on an interim basis. You'll be partnering closely with the leadership team to support across a variety of people initiatives during a busy period of change and transformation.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior HRBP in fast-paced environments
- Confident supporting senior stakeholders and driving strategic HR projects
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to hit the ground running
- Ideally has exposure to tech industries or supported within the Tech Division / Stakeholders
- Experience or exposure to organisation design work
