At RD, no two projects are the same. One month it’s an international roadshow across multiple time zones, the next a VP shoot in our West London studios, or an AI and animation‑heavy campaign with complex post‑production needs.

We’re looking for Producers to join us who thrive on variety and can slot into our London team with confidence. Contracts typically range from 6 weeks to 6 months.

This role calls for Producers who can combine commercial thinking with creative judgement. You’ll be working directly with clients, balancing budgets, negotiating, and coordinating multiple resources, while ensuring projects meet our standards of excellence.

Experience with international projects is a strong plus, as many of our projects are global, and travel may be part of the role. Most importantly, we want proactive, commercially astute, and personable filmmakers who bring passion to every project and consistently push for the highest standards.

On‑site in London (Holborn) with some international travel
