Change Lead in Edinburgh

We're delighted to be working with a mid-size, forward-thinking Financial Services organisation to recruit a Change Lead within their strategic delivery team. Operating on a hybrid, 2 days-per-week in office basis, this role can be based out of any of the client's offices in Edinburgh, Bristol or Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and gain exposure to a broad range of different types of projects, from process improvement to product development and the design/implementation of new tools. This is a very visible role within the organisation as you will be involved in strategic delivery teams made up of colleagues from all parts of the business and some customer-facing responsibility, in addition to presenting to exec-level stakeholders on a regular basis. As such, this would suit someone who enjoys driving change delivery at all levels and is comfortable working at pace across multiple methodologies.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working across multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include;

• Management of strategic programmes and roadmaps
• Definition and planning of project requirements
• Chair working group meetings to manage progress, analysing and mitigating risks and issues
• Facilitation of workshops with teams in the business to properly define problems as well as solutions
• Estimation of project costs as part of budget and ensure project benefits are realised
• Outlining of test strategies, plans and scripts
• Working closely with project team members to ensure activities are aligned with scope and deliverables
• Engagement with business stakeholders to document business process and rules
