The opportunity


As a People Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative tasks within the People function and supporting the wider team with a focus on Talent Acquisition + Communications.


What exactly will you do?


  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Regularly reviewing new applications for open vacancies and assessing suitability against key criteria.
  • Correctly updating the status of all applications in a timely manner.
  • Creation of relevant reports via ATS or Excel to show updates on open and filled positions.
  • Ensuring the ATS system and/or data sheets are used correctly.
  • Auditing document folders and data sheets
  • Play a key part in the onboarding process to ensure nothing is missed and our new starters have the best possible experience.
  • Reviewing contract requests for new hires and submitting accurate information to our People team.
  • Responding to and maintaining mailboxes
  • Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading internal communications.
  • General administrative duties
  • Support with the coordination of colleague engagement opportunities, initiatives and events.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Resize artwork and carry out ad-hoc design tasks using Canva. (Training will be provided if needed)
  • Keep information in common areas updated and relevant.
  • Any other duties that are deemed appropriate from time to time.

  • Experience with the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Time working within an In-house / on-site recruitment team
  • Experience using excel
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise communications.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks.
